Über Prashant:

Hi, I’m Prashant Tewatia. I was born in Harayana, north India, but have made my home down south in Goa for over a decade now.

Yoga has thread its way through out my entire life in varying degrees. From childhood, watching my grandfather practicing sun salutations each and every morning, to now where it exists as the forefront guiding force of my life. It took me leaving home for college for yogas influence to really take precedence in my life. I find that to be the case quite often, as the saying goes; you don’t know what you’ve got till it gone. Studying in Ireland, seeing the curiosity of others in something that became so normal in my life made me realize just how special the practice is, just how necessary it is to integrate into our lives.

Upon returning home to India yoga was settled as m ok y life’s mission, to be a lifelong learner and teacher of yoga, martial arts, chi gung and other somatic energy practices.

An introduction to the internal art of Qigong adapted for yoga practitioners.

This workshop explores how slow, intentional movement can build deep strength, joint resilience, and energetic clarity. We work with breath-led spirals, standing postures, arm swings, and fluid sequences that nourish the nervous system while cultivating internal power.

Rather than muscular force, we develop sensitivity, structure, and coordinated whole-body movement.

Ideal for yogis who want to expand beyond static postures and experience strength through softness.

Alignment as Awareness: Precision, Stability & Intelligent Structure

Rooted in the clarity of Iyengar Yoga, this workshop explores standing postures as a gateway to strength, stability, and embodied awareness. Through precise alignment, intelligent use of props, and refined transitions, we build a strong and conscious structural foundation.

We will explore ribcage–pelvis integration, posterior chain activation, and the relationship between breath and structure. This practice supports both everyday posture and deeper asana work.

Suitable for all levels seeking clarity, strength, and technical refinement.

Upper Back, Neck & Shoulders: Release & Restore

A focused therapeutic workshop to relieve tension in the upper spine and shoulder girdle.

Using props inspired by the Iyengar method, we explore decompression, postural re-education, and targeted mobility work for the neck, shoulders, and thoracic spine.

Ideal for those experiencing stiffness, desk-related strain, or seeking greater upper-body freedom.

Recommended for practitioners with at least 1–2 years of experience.
