This workshop will empower you to take care of your knees. We’ll find out how to use yoga postures effectively in keeping the knees healthy and pain free.


Topics covered include––

Basic knee anatomy and terminology;

Mindful movements to strengthen the muscles that support your knees

Strategies for protecting your knees with proper alignment

How to build strength to provide stability in the joint

Participants will be guided through a practice they take away for self practice.


NOTE: Please bring a belt and 2 blocks for this workshop!
